In GO SWIM BACKSTROKE, Gold Medalist Jeff Rouse shares the key focus points that he uses to develop perfect backstroke technique. Jeff''s six focus points work for every level of swimmer -- novice to elite -- and you don't have to learn drills or change your normal workout routine in order to incorporate them into your stroke. You can start to apply them immediately, the next time you go to the pool. The extraordinary swimming footage of Jeff, combined with his clear, step-by-step instruction, will help take your backstroke to the next level.

I just finished watching the video with Jeff Rouse.
WOW!! This is an impressive video. I like how Mr. Rouse describes his favorite drills with very simple terms. He doesn't over to it on the drills or the explanations.
The video quality is great, esp. with all the views that are offered.
I hope he makes the team again! Good Luck!!

Thanks Glenn for such a super DVD.

Concerning: Breaststroke DVD's.

1. Can I play these dvd's in Europe (Netherlands). Region 2!

2. Can I only pay by credit card. In the Netherlands we don't think it's quite safe.

3. Can I order this beautiful dvd and other breaststroke dvd's in Europe

Kind regards

Well now that I got my DVD, only problem is it skipps a bit at places on my pc and ps2. But pc seams to work better so i just view it there.

Anyhow as for the swimming help I am doing a quick technique refresher the week before my last scy meet. Since over the last 2 months myt echnique has went to much durring really hard sets. So far im feeling just about the best ever technique wize. I have been doing one focus point a day all week and little bits of it are already sticking! I'll be sure to tell how my technique ends up at the meet!!@$

Well I still like going back to the dvd to rethink about when i may be drifting to bad habbits. It's really helped me keep everything in line. Although I havn't swam a real season after having it, I've already had pb times and my techniqe just feels so much more efficient.

Now to get a misty hyman dvd and learn some powerful dolphin kicking
