That's not even NICE. I'll pan back next time. :) However, your really blowing air out of your nose... that's good right?

Hi Dave,
During stroke,blowing air through mouth and through nose,which one do you think is better?

This is a weird photo

If of a streamline off the wall it would not be very good.

If it is during a stroke of breaststroke it is great, as Dave is keeping nearly perfect distance below the waters surface to maximize the glide after the kick. Notice the right hand over the left, decreasing resistance even more.

And of course Dave is using the principals the Russions discovered with their torpedoes that went over 100 MPH underwater, that is blowing air out along the body reduces friction greatly :)
