That is a whole lot of resistance training. Do my eyes deceive me or is that all 5 levels of stretch cords? |

I have a couple of guesses.
He's getting his suit filled up with one each of Coke, Pepsi, Raspberry Ice Tea, Fanta, Root Beer, and Mountain Dew. |

im with that second idea barbara... or somehow he gets to the other end and has a 6x race pace swim assisted with 6 cords! its obvious He is trying to break the sound barrier in water with this swimmer! |

It looks like a bubble maker. I'll bet it makes lots of bubbles. Flavored bubbles! |

I'm guessing that there was too much strech and pull back and that you kept adding resistance bands until he was solid in the water?

Electrocuting him...If you can outswim electricity you can outswim Popov. Good theory Glenn. |

I think the first 5 cords on the left are to keep him going in a straight line while the 6th cord on the right is really connected to 240V AC current that is powering the swimming monster. This was all done durring testing to push the human body to its psychological limits by connecting the 240V power cord to his brain. This picture was taken skillfully because it runs up through his spine to get to his brain so it's not so obvious from this view because you cannot see his spine or back of neck where the cord attaches |
