I find it hilarious that your doing this, one of my fellow backstrokers( its not always those pesky breaststrokers)told me stories how when she was a freshman in highschool, the coach just let them mess around, and he would be like "swim a 50...and then do donuts!!"

Long story short, they went undefeated that season, i guess it works for some people, i will stick to hard work, and focus =]

There is no such thing as a pesky breaststroker!!! only cool ones :)

I don't know about you all but this is a key element in my training. Along with the occasional slow 25's drill. I'm ready to race :)
