Gramps	Responded Oct 05, 2007 10:26AM I stopped weight training in HS and started a flexability program. In 2 months I dropped 4 seconds in my 200 and 2 in my 100 free.
Dripdry	Responded Oct 05, 2007 11:51AM I am still waiting for the explosion to occur...expecting that to happen any day now and hoping for same..
black&blue	Responded Oct 05, 2007 11:53AM Did all our set descending and kept a swim journal. Within several months I went from a 1:20 100 YD fly to a 1:03 and then that summer went 1:09 low 100 meter.
Backfreak	Responded Oct 05, 2007 05:13PM This is my second year being involved in my high school Swim Team. Last year, I was so pathetically incompetant that it nearly killed me. This year, I'm on my way to districts for backstroke--I have absolutely no idea what happened.
