Did this in a 20-yard pool.

WARMUP: 800
600 with fins, mix of dolphin, flutter, free, back

200 breast kick

MAIN SET: 1800
9 X 120 on 2:30 sendoff with Tempo Trainer @ 1.75
Do these as 3 rounds of:
1 X 120 breast kick on your stomach with small board (face in the water)
1 X 120 breast kick on your back
1 X 120 breast

200 EZ freestyle pull

9 X 80 on 1:45 sendoff with Tempo Trainer @ 1.65
Do these as 3 rounds of:
1 X 80 breast kick on your back
1 X 80 breast kick on your stomach with a small board
1 X 80 breast

WARMDOWN: 200

Total Yardage: 3000
