Hello,

great set, only one question:
WARM-UP SET has 300 yards, but when I add up 8X50 and 4X50, I get 600. So, is it 8X25 and 4X25, or does the WARM-UP set have 600 yards?

Thanks
Andreas

Hi Andreas,
It was a typo, but you are a better swimmer for it! It was supposed to be 8 X 25 and 8 X 25 instead of 8 X 50 and 4 X 50. Gotta love that dolphin kick on your back with no fins!

Hi Barbara,
... the 50 with fins, intensively kicking on the back, would be too hard, at least for myself.

The others, especially without fins, I've learned to love since I detected that a smaller, quicker movement (don't call it 'kick'), initiated from the upper body made me really moving forward.
