Got a good set for when the water in your pool slips into the mid 70s (24 Celsius)? Or climbs to the high 80s (30-31 C)?

Well...I am used to the mid 70's or lower it's uncomfortable at the begining and you need more time to warm up after that the set remains the same...but never have swim in the high 80's which I guess has to be "sofocating". |

25 get out swim.... oh... with 200 push ups. ;) |

for 70s - swim and make as short breaks as possible

It's impossible for me to swim at 30º C, and only short time at 24º C. |

well our new pool director keeps the pool at 87 - and the air is at 87... nobody swims good at home meets |

low 70's - lots of 80-85% effort work. No sprints as those usually have a need for longer recovery. mid 80's - lots of drills and kick sets. Today's practice was with water at 83 and air at 86 - ugh. |
