Here's a nice shot of a breaststroker.  He swam very well this past weekend, so I wanted to give him a little plug.  Yeah, yeah... go Gators.

Well...you know I am not a breaststoker. Nonetheless I'd like to see this guy with amore frontward position of the head...like leaning a bit forward and with his "EYES DOWN ABOVE" more pronounced.

My guess is that if you saw him from the side, there'd be plenty of visible forward motion with his body position. Nice job, E. You're getting into rarified territory.

I'd be interested to know how old he is because of the amount of elevation he's getting. looks a mature Age grouper as opposed to the younger ones who don't have the technique or power to generate the lift but do so by arching there back causing the typical bobbing up and down we see with little forward momentum. If he's generatiing from his stroke power then good job, coach!
