Ask Margaret!

If you had the chance to ask Margaret Hoelzer a question about backstroke, or anything, what would it be?

We're back from Seattle... no more chance to ask Margaret, but we'll keep these videos online.

Great underwater dolphining!!! I can't send my questions from where I am right now...maybe I am lucky and later I can send them.

In any case I just want to congratulate Miss Hoelzer, you are a great swimmer and I wish you the very best.

6 Beat kick-
Theirs no such thing as a fast backstroker without a strong 6 beat kick.
1)What percentage of her training is primarly focued on the Corrdination of the kick itself?
(Favorite Drills?)
2)How much aerobic bk swimming is inplemented in comparison to race pace quality bk?

Hi Margaret,
During backstroke catch, how much your body tilts from horizontal? Is your hand entry at 11 or 12 o'clock? Thanks!
