Its look good - no questions asked really cos she is olympics swimmer so I better say nothing at all

I can see she is driving her hand down and starting the pull. Interesting to see how her body is almost.... hidden behind her shoulders and head in this shot hah. Reminds me of what Ryan Lochte's backstroke looks like in this position since he also gets rotated very far on his side like this GREAT backstroke swimmer.

Also, I notice how her recovering arm's shoulder is also almost in line with the lower body in this shot.

Bet Margaret never hits the lane line with that catch - even circle swimming in practice!
Almost her entire head and shoulders are pressed down and back - below the surface.
Basic, but we talk about these things every day. Can't wait to see more of Margaret swimming backstroke!

Look at the way she gets her hand almost under the body. I'm jealous

Great rotation, lovely arm position, her head is perfectly straight. I would love to see the same pic with her right arm just to see if it mirrors,, i'm sure it does. More of this please exactly what i'm working on with my daughter.

My dad says to thank you for this picture....it explains what he means with the rotation of the upper body.....

Amazing technique. Love the feathered fingers and no bubbles.

Cool pic, DavidD. Where is that?
