Yeah I already heard it weeks ago - its old news mm honestly, I go for Blueseventy because their suit is so SIMILAR to others (dunno which brand) which its passed so they takes FINA to court mmm I am not surprised at all

well, if it's true that FINA didn't clarify what changes they have to make, sure. It's only fair. I hope now the FINA guys move their lazy a$$es and do their job properly.

PS: Why doesn't FINA make the results "transparent"? It would be interesting to see what they have found out about the each of the suits.

Regardless of the outcome of this, Blueseventy needs to get something legal out there and soon. Court will take months or years, for now they need something approved to keep their image.

ja, but as far as I understood the major reason for the court trial is that FINA didn't clarify what modifications must be made. you cannot look at something, just say "nope, do it again", without saying where exactly the problem is. and of course they will be fighting about testing the suits on swimmers. apparently the suit do not "build so much bubbles? when it is on a swimmer as when it is just thrown in water. what is for sure is, that FINA must make their minds and stick to the rules, regardless the label.
