Swim Across America - CT 2009

Posted by Glenn Mills on Jun 24, 2009 05:22PM

This weekend I'm heading to Greenwich, CT to take part in the 2nd annual Swim Across America Greenwich / Stamford Swim.

While it's easy to view these events as just another charity, this hits so close to our home here.  With our personal family stories, to our dear friend Sheldon passing away this year, to the video below, which shows how important these events were to one of the greatest swim coaches of all time.

Please get involved, if it's to send $5, pass along the link to someone, or to pray for the effort the doctors and researchers are putting in to cure this disease.

I'll do my best to put something fun together from the weekend to show all of you who couldn't make it just how great it is to help.
