I carry a small store's worth of goggles at all times... I'm occularly prepared for any situation you throw at me! Beyond that I have a crush on my monofin right now.

apart from my swimming trunks and googles? its definitive a yellow one. You all maybe know it. It is flat one with wonderful bodylines, round corners and it is an 2 in 1 tool. Nobody at our pool is entering practice without this "arena kickpull" my first, last and sometimes one and only used practicetool

Glenn is that like a gag to keep your swimmers quiet? Or maybe to cut down on their air supply?

Most functional would be goggles, but among the toys it would be fins, pull buoy, and Tempo Trainer.

I do always keep a roll of band material in my bag, and this morning, I bit off a couple strips for myself and a swimmer to work our legs a bit more. Sounded like a good idea until the 4th 100. OUCH. :)

My watch to ensure the sets run to time, my camera to show the good points as well as those for improvement and my water bottle to stop me dehydrating!

Among training tools, its got to be the pull buoy. You can use it for all strokes and for working on arms and legs (by using it like a kick board). I think it's the most versatile tool in my bag. Wouldn't want to miss it. Kinda goes into the same direction as Daniel, but I use a standard buoy in the same way.

I love to use the band especially when fly kicking with my younger swimmers.
