Go Swim All Strokes with Robert Margalis is the ultimate coach's toolbox, featuring one of the most consistent and best all-around swimmers in history. With this special product, you can study Robert's technique on your computer...or you can view it (or show it to your swimmers) at the pool on a web-enabled phone.

Here's a short list of some of Robert's times so you can get an idea of his versatility:
500 freestyle (scy) - 4:14.24
1500 freestyle (lcm) - 15:13.59
200 back (lcm - unshaved) - 2:02.35
200 breast (scy - unshaved) - 1:58.95
200 fly (lcm) - 1:59.45
200 fly (scy) - 1:42.49
200 IM (lcm) - 2:00.69
200 IM (scy) - 1:43.56
400 IM (lcm) - 4:12.92
400 IM (scy) - 3:39.9

You'll see Robert demonstrate each stroke (butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke, freestyle) in full-body view, then you'll see specific clips of Robert's hands, head, hips, and legs from above and below the surface...in all four strokes.  The clips are offered in both full speed, and in slow motion. There is no sound or narration on these clips so coaches can use them as examples of great technique to show their athletes, while using their own words to describe what Robert is doing.  These are NON-NARRATED clips for coaches to add their own voice to, or for swimmers to get great visual images in their minds prior to heading to the pool or... if you have your phone... while at the pool.

Here is the full list of clips. Remember: Each clip is presented in four ways:
1. Full speed in low resolution (compressed for streaming to your web-enabled phone)
2. Full speed in hi res (for viewing on your computer)
3. Slow motion in low res
4. Slow motion in hi res

Depending on your viewing device and connectivity, you can choose whichever clip format works best for your situation. Our goal is to give you the ultimate visual tool for coaching, regardless of your connection speed.
