Not oversized kickboard, can keep it slightly underwater, preventing shoulder injuries.

Close Chris... but it's breaststroke. If it was dolphin, chances are he'd be pulling some air down to this point of the kick.

and.... you're assuming he's finished his kick... which is something we never do when looking at still pictures... assume. :)

That's not me swimming. :) If I have to do the drill, I've got a couple of the swimmers that I've done some training with on how to use the camera, and what to look for.

I like that his arms are fully extended. I've been seeing too many bent arms that are messing up the body line lately.
