GW, you like the part where the coach says, "Hup!" right? Coaches love to say that. When I come in to the wall for a flip turn on a TT my coach is standing there yelling "Hup! Hup!" The slow-mo "Huuup!" at :31 is pretty other-worldly.

You've heard me poolside then, Sheila! lol. My favourite is trying to get a faster rhythm from the swimmers on Breaststroke then the 'hup, hup', gets a bit manic!
