Mellow 400s today, interspersed with 75s that get faster throughout the set.

MAIN SET:  2200
400 pull, breathing every 3 or your choice of a bilateral pattern; focus on tight streamlines off each wall

2 X 75 choice, easy pace

400 IM (kick/drill/kick/drill in each stroke).  Fins optional; focus on body position (long and horizontal).

2 X 75 choice, a little faster

400 pull, breathing every 3, or your choice of a bilateral pattern; tight streamline; count strokes and maintain consistent stroke count per length

2 X 75 choice, a little faster

400 IM (kick/drill/kick/drill in each stroke).  Fins optional; focus on head position while drilling, body position while kicking.

2 X 75 choice, fastest

Thanks for this set. I swam it today at the pool. I didn't get the last 400 and 2x75s in because I arrived a bit late and didn't have enough time to finish before the pool closed, but I'll go earlier next time and get the whole thing in. Lots of variety. Lots to think about. Enjoyable set.
