Swimming Pic of the Week - Jessica Hardy

Posted by Glenn Mills on May 03, 2012 06:21PM (3,922 views)

Continuing to process all the video we shot in California, we continue to run across beautiful images of Jessica Hardy.

Here's a couple pics from the shoot.

Let us know what you think.  Also, we uploaded Jessica's stretching routine to www.goswimtv.com.  It's 18 various stretches she does prior to swimming that get her ready to go fast almost immediately.  Check them out.  If you're not a subscriber... you should be. :)

Streamlined to the finger tips

In the top, she's got a nice tight streamline with ears under the arms as they should be while ripping a really powerful dolphin kick. No doubt that's burning energy at a fast rate with that sort of force and the pronounced kick.

In the bottom, we have a scene that is like the very next frame of the Roque Santos Pic of the Week. She's just started to raise her head in anticipation of the shoulder-raising downward motion of the pull that would begin next frame.

Very fast start on top one and nice breaststroke technique on bottom
