Go Swim London Wrap-up

Posted by Barbara Hummel on Aug 07, 2012 10:41AM (1,691 views)

Go Swim would like to give a standing ovation to all the swimmers, worldwide, who thrilled us with 8 days of jaw-dropping technique and who inspired us with their skill, athleticism, fitness, determination, and sportsmanship.  What an Olympics!

At Go Swim, we followed twelve of the London swimmers with special attention and pride.  We've been lucky enough to work with these swimmers over the years, capturing them at the height of their form and showing what they do...that every swimmer can strive to do.  Here's a wrap-up of how they swam in London.  Prelim swims are designated with a "p," semi-finals with an "s," and finals with an "f."  These twelve athletes will bring home a total of ten medals (4 gold, 3 silver, 3 bronze).  But, more than that, they honored our sport with their performance.

If you'd like to support these amazing athletes, and take a really close look at their technique, pick up a copy of their DVDs or pick up a subscription to www.goswimtv.com, where you can find them all (the professional swimmers).

Congratulations, 2012 Olympians, and thanks for inspiring us!

(The athletes' names are linked to their video collections on the subscription site.)
