There may have been two main sets this morning, one swimming, and one kicking. It really depended on how you listened to the coach on each.

Depending on which group you were in, this was either a stroke or freestyle set. Not quite overdistance if you chose freestyle, but definately overdistance if you're a stroke swimmer.

Really tired today, so our coach gave us a pretty easy set that we could work on staying long and smooth.

Recovery turned into just a bit more intensity than we planned, but it's fun going faster when you decide it's OK.

I do enjoy Wednesday's, as it's turning into the recovery day. A short, short-course practice in the middle of the day.

Jumping in with the kids (not always the brightest idea).

Sorta fun this morning, but with still being tired from traveling over the weekend, this set was certainly challenging.
