I got a call the other day from a swimmer friend telling me about a great adventure he had just had
IM set this week. Actually, it's a FRIM set but you can do IM if you want to kick it up a notch.

So there I was -- a freestyle-challenged breaststroker, faced with the task of preparing for a 3-mile swim.
When Barbara initially sent me the information about Kingdom Swim, I thought... sure... it'll give me something to do. In retrospect, I wish I had prepared better, but what a great first experience for a long swim.
We are a group of swimmers who swim really fast, and like to help others learn how to reach their competitive potential in the area of professional swimming.
