Should young swimmers who cannot afford to train for many sessions, say only 4 a week, concentrate on fewer strokes or on perhaps just one e.g. freestyle only, so that they can still be competitive in meets? |

I still believe it has to be all strokes but if you have 4 sessions you still have time to work your technique, endurance and speed so I would say don't compromise. |
