Yeah can only train 4 times a week!!! I;'m not allowed to swim in the afternoons |

I only get in 3 or 4 swims per week, myself. But I have to bike and run, also, since I'm a triathlete. And strength training as well. Plus family and jobs, etc. There's only so much time. I would like to swim more. But I have to sleep, too. ;) |

Sleep is over rated, Shiela a bit like breathing on front crawl, lol! Enjoy what you have the time to do. Maximise the benefit you can get from each session (including recovery ones) and then be grateful you are able to do what you do. Good luck with it all. |

Same Problem. Im a young swimmer trying to drop a lot of time for Ontario Games. I only get 6 hours in and other clubs im my region are getting about 16hr. |
