These video-based classes will help you learn everything from the basics (such as balance and breathing) to the fine points (such as pacing and race strategy).
In a GoSwim Gold course, you choose the stroke or the skill you want to learn. And you choose the pace at which you want to progress.
Unlike most weekend swim clinics, our online courses give you as much time as you need to master each step before going on to the next. There is no rush and no agenda -- other than your complete mastery of each skill.
Once you join a class, you will automatically enter a community of swimmers who are taking the same class and are dealing with the same issues as you are. You can share ideas with them online, get (and give) feedback and support, and make the learning process more fun.
