IM set this week -- build the event without getting destroyed in the process.
This week's set is meant as a recovery set after a speed day, but it can sneak up on you if you do the 75s correctly. At the bottom is a modified version for less-speedy lanes.
Two weeks in a row: a set that will keep the IM swimmers AND the freestylers happy (with some breaststroke love at the end).

Calling all lane leaders! Here's a set that Barbara gave to her masters swimmers on two consecutive days. To avoid doing the set in the exact same way on day #2, lane leaders stepped up and quickly devised new ways to do the set. How would YOU handle the set for your lane?
