Bio:

Help local YMCA as local sage due to swimming history. Swam @ SIU for Bob Steele '76 - '80, made all american status and olympic trial qualifier so in my small town that qualifies me as an expert to help. My wife dove at SIU and also helps with Y program. We do it for fun because we still love swimming. We both also participate in triathlons to stay in shape. Use your site for both helping with coaching and our own benefit.
