Bio:

40 yrs. old. HR Practitioner. Passionate about swimming, returned to the pool in '96-97, triggered by deceased mother's Type A Diabetes, every summer - now all year round. I know the four strokes, although my strongest is freestyle. I swim every weekend and holidays. I swim at Lourdes School of Mandaluyong Swimming Pool; 25 meters long, around five-six lanes, water temperature controlled by weather. Hates the summer months because you can't do a decent lap because of too many people in the water and doing just about anything we consider dumb - standing in the middle of the water doing nothing, heckling us by following us swim, attempting to touch the sensitive parts of the body, wearing the wrong attire, jumping in the pool, you name it everthings' here.

Loves the months after summer where I can practice without being rammed . I sometime help newcomers by coaching and correcting their strokes. I am also open to improvements as well.

Interests:

Swimming, reading books, internet surfing, singing and I own two shorthaired native cats.
