Bio:

I have been a professional swimming coach in the central Pennsylvania area for over 30 Years.
My most noteable accomplishments include:

1) Receiving from Jim Steen, for making more substantial contributions to his success (ex. designing the Kenyon College swim teams' strength and nutrition programs) than anyone else in the 1990's, the commemorative watch that he received in honor of his winning his 20th straight NCAA Men's Swimming Championship.

2) Trained Mike Bittinger for 9 years culminating in him capturing the National High School 50 y Free sprint title.

3) Coached Whitney Metzler (finalist in the 400 IM at Atlanta) for the 6 yrs of her career prior to her going to North Baltimore AC,

4) Coached Scott Conley to the National YMCA Long Course 200 Fly record & title.

5) Coached almost 2 dozen swimmers to finaling at various YMCA and USS National swimming championships.

6) Taught Jeremy Linn to swim (in my back yard pool).
