**The problem: failing to get the head down after the breath**
**The fix:  mirrors and video**

Most swimmers THINK they’re getting the head back into streamline after the breath, but they don’t quite get there.  Your smartphone or camera can be the most effective tool – allowing you to SHOW the swimmer exactly what they’re doing.  

Another effective tool is a mirror on the bottom of the pool.  Ask the swimmer to SEE their entire face before they deliver the kick.
