With fins or without, Double Arm Backstroke is an old staple of backstroke training.

Recover both arms together to a Position 11 target entry.

Catch, pull, finish and recover.

This drill awakens the catch at the top of the stroke, and helps to fight the crossover that occurs with many competitive backstrokers.
