This is the same exercise as in the previous drill, but now, without the aid of fins.

While using fins, even gently, there will be some support or extra velocity that can help the body stay more balanced.  By removing the fins, the skill demands a bit more focus and expertise.

Continue with all the same focal points as in the last video:
   - The lead hand does not move during kicking with the face down.
   - The lead hand does not move during the head rotation from down to up.
   - The lead hand does not move during the head rotation from up to down.
   - The lead hand does not move. 

Hopefully, that gets the point across that the lead hand doesn’t move, push, scull, or sway in ANY way during this entire process.  While using fins or without using fins.
