*Flexibility in teaching style*

This is an example of the instructor moving his body in several different ways to work on rollovers, backstoke and the concept of pulling with power. Many kids with motor coordination or strength issues may not understand the concept pulling the water to propel themselves. In addition, to saying pull with power, force he also will physical prompt his arm thru the water. The instructor offers the prompts from behind him and then facing him in order to give multi-sensory input to the swimmers arm. This swimmer is also working on the concept of a lap because his goal is to join the swim team.
