**Monday -**

From beginning - very slight movement of the left hand

:15 - stop as both hands enter - THAT’S butterfly

:18 - fingers of the right hand down - left hand up - only way to tell the diff

:27 - straight arm recovery

:31 - breathe to the side

:39 - alignment of the arms is more butterfly like than front breathing

1:01 - kick the hand in

1:03 - kick the hand out

1:10 - only subtle movement from the lead hand

1:18 - head showing

1:19 - hips showing

1:20 - breathe - head showing

:13 - deep arm pull

:21 - reach for the sky - STRAIGHT ARM

:23 - rotate the opposite shoulder up

:24 - lead with the shoulder

:26 - very stable head

:27 - look at how relaxed the top hand is

:35 - big rotation of the non-pulling arm

:40 - big rotation of the non-pulling arm

:47 - sometimes the focus IS the non-pulling arm

:57 - big rotation of the pulling arm

**Wednesday -**

:18 - fluke drill inside 2 down 1 up

:28 - does Davo DIVE under the surface, or fall under?

:30 - barely under the surface

:34 - start the outsweep on the way UP through the surface

:35 - great body position to draw the hips

:43 - Stacianna dives a bit deeper

:45 - eyes stay down going to air

:46 - great busy position to draw the hips

:49 - slight downward angle

:52 - line from torso to thigh

:57 - AMAZING

1:23 - body gets back to parallel

1:25 - AMAZING

**Thursday -**

:15 - hand never leaves the surface - not as common as you think
