Once you’ve mastered the timing of Combat Side Stroke, you can try to add the small but deadly flutter kick at the end of the stroke.

Watch how this swimmer completes the pull and breath… kick and glide… and then adds a slight flutter kick as he’s gliding in the nose-down position.
