For the final section of the video, our candidates will just swim…and you can watch how all the parts come together to create speed and quiet efficiency.

Try to pick out the things we focused on.

Are their bodies balanced and horizontal in the water?  

Do they set up for big kicks… or for small kicks that keep them moving forward?

How’s their timing?  Have they mastered pull and breathe…kick and glide?

Are they keeping a low profile – or do they turn their head into a target on each stroke?

Do they start and stop every stroke cycle by gliding with eyes down and arm extended?

Are they always doing SOMEthing that moves them forward?

Take these images and focus points with you to the pool.

Take your time as you work step by step through Don’s learning sequence.  

Believe in yourself.   Believe in the process.  And never give up till you’ve reached your goal.
