Feel the arm collapse as the momentum of the body moves forward.
Use the freestyle open turn to teach how to avoid rising up during an open turn.
Protect the mouth for air and drag the hand for the tactile experience to keep the recovery low.
Build the timing and approach the wall with a flatter, more stable line. It's more consistent to teach from this consistent position.
Stay within the rules by making sure you rotate to a completely flat position prior to starting any part of the breaststroke underwater pullout.
