Side balance with your nose up, starts to teach you how to get to air very easily.
Start on your side, with your head facing the ceiling or sky.
Keep rolling slightly on to your back until your top arm is completely above the water.
If you don’t roll far enough back, there’s a chance that your hips will drop slightly, and it will be a bit tougher to get a clean breath.
Keep the kick relaxed and allow both arms to simply dangle by your sides.
Keep the head stable, and continue with a relaxed kick. Smooth water works best for this drill.
