**Haufler Top Freestyle Drill #6:  Touch and Pull**

Here’s a swimmer doing the Touch-and-Pull Drill. This drill helps swimmers who need to be reminded to rotate equally side to side…and to pull equally on both sides, front to back.  Notice the equal rotation to both sides. 

There is no additional kicking when the arm enters.   She has been instructed to pull the lead arm when the recovering arm first touches the water.
