The standard progression based on the 3 Down 1 Up drill previously posted, this is the same progression, with one less kick.  You can also think of this as breaststroke with an extra kick.

After the pull and breath, dive just a bit deeper than typical into extension.  While in extension, narrowly draw the legs up for the additional kick, back to a leveled off body position.

Now ride the body up to the catch and pull, then recover back down for the long extended glide.

These extra kick drills allow swimmers to discover and understand the bodyline they're trying to achieve for a longer breaststroke.  They'll also experience how important it is to time the catch, pull and breath with the momentum of the bodies buoyancy coming back up for the breath.
