Building on Step 3, now we start to take off the restraints.

Let the swimmer set up the stroke with what she's learned, then build the tempo like dropping a ball... The rhythm continues to get faster and faster.

1 - Starting by setting the extension and catch with short instances of the basic drill.
2 - When the swimmer starts to feel the pattern of the arms, have her start to increase the rate while still trying to maintain the same arm pattern.
3 - By the time she reaches the other end, the swimmer should be at a full sprint.

Finally, Step 5 adds a very advanced stage that only specific and capable swimmers should attempt.
