Backstroke - Drills

Part of our trip is finding those who inspire us to continue to be better. This week, the drill is explained by the athlete himself, and how he adapts the drill to suit him specifically. All drills, or techniques should be thought of as to how it pertains specifically to you, as no two people are exactly alike.

Big thanks to Paralympian Tom Miazga for showing us how he works his catch and pull!
