Finishes

When working on finishes with young swimmers, it's very important that we remind them to keep the eyes down.

Well we can always use the standard lines and crosses on the bottom of the pool, are you using something colorful we may have a better chance of keeping their eyes down.

The flexibility of these weighted sticks, allows us to customize the finish exercise for every swimmer. However, in a group setting, they still do a great job of giving the swimmers something to focus on.
