Bruno works on the front of his catch with this simple drill.

Extend one hand forward while the other pulls back in a narrow catch.  Keep the head up while using a flutter kick to keep the hips up.

Sweep the catch hand under the torso and back forward to extension.  Alternate hands quickly.
