Bruno builds on the Dog Dig drill by taking a full stroke, and focusing on THROWING the recovering arm over the top.  This helps him focus on building the momentum the arm creates in the recovery, which then transfers into the rotational power that's driven to the pull arm.  This drill isolates the recovering arm.
