For Kickboard Balance, take a stack of three kickboards and stand on top of them in the water. This is not as easy as it looks!
Once you’re balanced on top of the kickboards – and “balanced” means that your legs and torso are straight – raise your hands above the water. You’ll need to use your entire core to maintain and manage your balance. This is not as easy as it looks!
Kickboard Balance makes a great King-of-the-Hill exercise to do with your teammates. See who can go the longest without putting their hands in the water.
