For BOSU Single-Leg Balance, position the ball with dome side down.  Step onto the center of the platform with one leg, and establish your balance. 

Maintain balance as you bend the leg slightly, lean forward at the waist, and slowly extend your arms into a “T” position.  As you lean forward, the other leg extends behind you.  

When balanced in a “T,” rotate the torso until one hand touches the foot that’s on the platform.  Rotate the other arm so that the fingertips point toward the ceiling.  Notice that, from the front, Kristian’s arms and leg describe a straight line – a single, clean, letter “I.”  Return the arms to a “T” position and repeat.   Then repeat on the other leg.

From the side, you can see that the balancing leg and the extended leg are slightly bent.
