For BOSU Push-Ups, position the ball with dome side down.  Place the hands at “9” and “3” on the platform, with fingers curled around the sides.  Establish your balance with the body in a plank position, with arms extended and feet shoulder-width apart.  Your weight is on the heels of hands and the balls of the feet.  Have someone check your bodyline to make sure it’s nice and straight.

While maintaining a straight bodyline, lower your torso until your chest almost touches the platform.  Straighten the arms and return to your starting position.  Repeat!   Use your torso and core to maintain a perfect “plank position” through every rep.
