Now move to full stroke breaststroke, with all of the attention placed on the resistance the recovery of the thighs creates.  The athlete should feel the thighs sliding forward, not tucking too much.  Make sure the athlete is working against the instinct of creating a propulsive kick and focusing solely on the resistance that’s created in setting up the kick.
