• Begin in mountain pose
• On an inhale raise your arms out to the sides then up and overhead 
• On an exhale leading with your chest, keeping a strong core and long spine fold forward hinging at your hips
• Allow your upper body to drape over your thighs with your knees bent enough that your upper body is coming close to or onto your thighs
• Relax your neck allowing your head to hang.
